Azerbaijani wrestlers won three medals in Turkmenistan
Azerbaijani belt wrestlers achieved remarkable success by winning three medals at the international tournament held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, dedicated to the recognition of the "New Sports Opportunities Union" in the belt wrestling disciplines of koresh and alysh.
Azerbaijani belt wrestlers won one silver and two bronze medals at the "A" category international tournament in koresh and alysh held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Azerbaijani representative Ariz Huseynov demonstrated a strong performance by securing third place in the 68 kg category. He also achieved notable success by winning the silver medal in the 70 kg division. Additionally, Azerbaijani athlete Fidan Huseynova, competing in the 60 kg category, earned a bronze medal.
It is noteworthy that the tournament brought together more than 170 athletes representing 14 countries.
