In order to make an appointment in advance for the services provided in the consular of the Embassy, applicants must take an electronic appointment on the website https://appointment.mfa.gov.az
After completing your online application for the electronic queue, a confirmation notification will be sent to the email address you registered in the system as a means of contact.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please double-check the email address you entered. Check the "Spam" folder of your entered email. You can contact the consular department of the Embassy (+99312482044) for further questions that may arise.
You can cancel your e-queue by selecting cancel in the confirmation email sent to you. You can then reapply for an e-queue online.
An additional e-queue must be taken for each consular service you apply for.
If your e-queue has been canceled without your request, please contact the Embassy's Consular (+99312482044).
If you come with family members and apply for different consular services, in this case, a separate e-queue must be created for each family member, depending on the service.
If you are stateless or have multiple citizenships, the citizenship of the state that issued the document you will submit and, accordingly, "stateless person" must be indicated in the "Citizenship" section of the request.
