The city of Arkadag has joined the Declaration of Intent on the Establishment of the SPECA Smart Cities Climate Forum adopted at COP29.
On 23 January 2026, in Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag of Turkmenistan acceded to the Declaration of Intent on the Establishment of the SPECA Smart Cities Climate Forum, which was adopted at COP29. The Declaration was signed by Gulshad Mammadova, Head of the Executive Authority of the city of Arkadag.
