Presidents tour the “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh” exhibition in Shusha
On 23 June, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, visited the “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh” exhibition at the Creativity Centre in Shusha, which has been restored by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The exhibition features photographs, documents and video materials highlighting the National Leader's contribution to the political, economic, social and cultural development of Karabakh. It also includes photographs from Heydar Aliyev's visits to Karabakh, as well as various meetings and events he attended in the region.
The exhibition presents the major transformation that began in the history of Karabakh and East Zangezur from 1969 onwards.
Through photographs and video materials, visitors are introduced to the wide-ranging reforms implemented by Heydar Aliyev across all spheres of life in the region under complex historical circumstances, reflecting his enduring commitment to the Azerbaijani people.
The exhibition also features the documentary film “Trace”, посвящённый (better in English: "dedicated to") the life and political career of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
